HELLO :)

          So, get this: Today we were hanging out at a few thrift stores (one of our favourites is Find, on Free Street in Portland Maine), and we were approached by a really cool street photographer and blogger, and she asked to take my picture!! Check out her awesome Tumblr: mainestreets.tumblr.com for inspirational ideas on cool outfits.
          This is a cozy outfit that I'd wear on any other chilly day of the year. Camo boots, the coziest socks around, thick spandex, mittens made from recycled sweaters, a pullover fleece (which is from a Passion Pit concert), a vest, and an incredibly warm infinity scarf. Don't be afraid to not match! Most of these cloths are actually thanks to my most wonderful older sisters.

Hello again

Fellow blogspotters and friends!

We realized that we haven’t properly introduced halfFull. The Half Full World is a lifestyle blog just depicting our lives and how we live so happily. Our names are Gail and Gabrielle and we are two adventurous teens living it up in Maine! Comment below if you are too. :) We are interested in learning more and finding new avenues to explore. The half Full world is our way of sharing experiments during our young and wild life. 

As we post more, and hopefully you read along, we will tell you guys all about our veganism, bikram yoga, concerts we attend, insecurities, as well as all the thrift stores, photography, inspirational ideas, coffee shops we find and more! This will be a fun experiment and we’re glad to have you along for the ride.

We decided to start this blog to share our journey through the last few years of high school. We want to share our trials and errors of different ways of life we’ve picked up. For example, veganism, why did we do that? Well for each of us it’s different. If you want to hear more about this, comment below, and we’ll be sure to fill you in on this unique lifestyle. Our title “The halfFull World”, came from the idea of keeping your glass half full.

*Morning Flurries*

Good morning guys!

First Post :) Welcome to half Full World.

Yesterday, a flurry began, and it was the longest lasting flurry we have ever seen! Still happening right now! It's absolutely a perfect day to stay indoors and drink maple lattes. 

Today, and days before, we are both working on applications for semester schools in our junior year. We are both equally as excited as anxious.
